Online ordering software for simcha catering
1clickEvents is ordering software for Israeli kitchens whose calendar is lifecycle simchas: britot, bar and bat mitzvahs, engagements. Hosts pick a named package, guest count, and extras on your branded page. You get a complete brief for production. Large one-off corporate events and Shabbatons use the event catering flow.

Before and after
Who this is for
Caterers who sell the same celebration packages week after week — often next to Shabbat work — and want the host to choose a tier online within your rules.
- Brit, bar/bat mitzvah, engagement, and similar celebrations
- Named package tiers with optional upgrades (stations, desserts)
- Hosts who want a clear package price before they call
- Teams that still confirm final details by phone after the form
Without 1clickEvents
- The host sends incomplete package choices over chat or voice notes
- Allergy notes sit in a personal chat that production may miss
- Price expectations are unclear until after the event
- The kitchen plates from changing notes instead of a fixed brief
With 1clickEvents
- The host picks event type, package, guest count, and extras in order
- Notes and contact details sit on the same order record
- Package price is clear before a callback
- Your brand on the page, your payments, no commission on orders

Kitchen control
Set the quantities once. Every order gets a prep sheet on its own.
During setup we lock in how much of each dish goes per guest and per order. From then the system scales it by guest count and meals. No spreadsheet per family. No Friday-morning surprises.
Production quantities
From the quantities you set. Scaled for 38 guests.
Order flow
How the simcha order flow works
We set up the order flow around your celebration packages, guest count, and extras.
01
Occasion
Brit, bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, or your own labels — so the right packages and minimums show.
02
Clear packages
Named tiers with included dishes and clear upgrade options for stations, desserts, or staff.
03
Confirm by phone when you want
Many simcha kitchens confirm by phone after the host submits. The form still gives production a complete brief.

FAQ
FAQ
Can we offer different packages per occasion?+
Yes. During setup we map occasion → packages → dish rules and extras so hosts only see what you want to sell for that event type.
Do hosts have to pay online?+
Not necessarily. Starter lets hosts submit and you close by phone (deposit, Bit, transfer). Pro connects your card gateway when you want payment in the flow.
Is the guest experience white-label?+
Yes. The order page carries your name, logo, and colors. 1clickEvents is the software underneath, not a consumer brand competing with you.
We also cater large corporate events. Same page?+
Use the event catering setup for one-off jobs with custom extras and a quote. This page is for repeating simcha packages hosts can complete themselves.
How do allergies and special notes work?+
Hosts leave notes on the order. Kitchen staff see them on the order record and prep context — not buried in a personal phone chat.
We also do weekly Shabbat — one system?+
Yes. One tenant can be configured for Shabbat packages and simcha/event flows. Orders share the admin inbox with a clear source on each row.
