Is 1clickEvents only for Shabbat kitchens?+

No. Shabbat family meals are one of the flows we set up most often in Israel, but the same product also covers event catering, corporate standing orders, and simcha menus. This page focuses on the weekly Shabbat package workflow.

Can guests still order by phone or WhatsApp?+

Yes. Regulars keep calling or messaging the way they always have. Kitchen staff log those orders in admin on the same packages and dishes. Website orders arrive on their own. Everything shares one prep sheet.

Do you take a commission on Shabbat orders?+

No. Plans are a setup fee plus a fixed monthly subscription. 1clickEvents never takes a cut of the order total. Payments stay with your Bit, bank transfer, or card gateway.

How fast can a Shabbat kitchen go live?+

Usually about three days after we have your menu, packages, logo, and delivery rules. Then staff get a short walkthrough of the orders inbox and prep sheet.
