Online ordering software for office and institutional catering
1clickEvents helps catering kitchens in Israel that feed offices, schools, and institutions take structured orders online. Coordinators set weekday counts and menus on your branded page. The kitchen gets clear production numbers instead of managing counts across email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.

Who this is for
Kitchens with recurring business accounts — offices, campuses, and institutions — where the main work is standing counts and mid-week changes, not one-off tasting menus.
- Standing meal counts for weekdays (or your own schedule)
- Office managers who want to update orders themselves
- Billing to a company, not only to a private host
- Prep that must match headcount before the morning cook
Without 1clickEvents
- Counts arrive by email, WhatsApp, and several different sheets
- A mid-week change does not always reach the person cooking
- It is unclear which headcount version is current
- Invoicing starts from reconstructing what was actually cooked
With 1clickEvents
- The coordinator updates counts in one branded order flow
- The kitchen sees standing orders next to one-off events
- Phone changes are logged in the same system
- Your brand, your billing process, no commission on orders

Kitchen control
Set the quantities once. Every order gets a prep sheet on its own.
During setup we lock in how much of each dish goes per guest and per order. From then the system scales it by guest count and meals. No spreadsheet per family. No Friday-morning surprises.
Production quantities
From the quantities you set. Scaled for 38 guests.

How corporate orders are set up
We configure weekday production rules from your account menus and standing counts.
01
Standing counts
Portion counts per day that the institution commits to, with mid-week updates when you allow them.
02
Submit path
A confirmed standing order or a request for confirmation — matching how you already approve corporate accounts.
03
Same inbox as other orders
If you also run Shabbat or simchas, those orders sit beside corporate rows with a clear source.

FAQ
FAQ
Is this a daily delivery / POS product for restaurants?+
No. 1clickEvents is for catering kitchens and institutional meal programs — package and count-based workflows — not a restaurant POS, kiosk, or consumer delivery marketplace.
Can mid-week portion changes be allowed?+
Yes, when you want that behavior. During setup we define whether coordinators can adjust standing counts and how the kitchen is notified.
Do you handle company billing?+
Guests can leave company details on the order. Payment stays with your existing process (invoice, transfer, or card gateway on Pro). We do not hold client funds.
Can one kitchen run corporate and Shabbat together?+
Yes. Many kitchens mix weekly Shabbat packages with weekday accounts. Features and steps are configured per tenant; the admin inbox stays unified.
How long is setup?+
About three days once we have menus, standing-order rules, branding, and the close path you want (callback vs card).
