Online ordering software for event catering kitchens
1clickEvents is ordering software for event catering kitchens in Israel — one-off events with a guest count, a package, and extras, not a weekly Shabbat list and not a brit/bar-mitzvah package catalog. Hosts choose event type, guest count, menu, and extras on your branded page. You receive a structured request or confirmed order with quantities ready for production, instead of rebuilding every quote from WhatsApp.

Who this is for
Event kitchens that run corporate events, Shabbatons, private parties, and other large custom jobs, and close by phone or form. Lifecycle simchas with named packages belong on the simcha page.
- One-off events from dozens to hundreds of guests
- Menus sold as packages, with service extras (staff, tableware)
- Quote and callback close (Starter) or card checkout (Pro)
- An office that needs one inbox for website and phone leads
Without 1clickEvents
- Every lead asks the same questions in a different chat
- Prices live in someone’s head or an outdated PDF
- Production guesses guest count from incomplete notes
- Sales closes the deal; the kitchen finds gaps on event day
With 1clickEvents
- Hosts go through event type, guest count, and menu options online
- Package pricing is clear before they call
- Each request includes dishes, extras, delivery notes, and contact details
- Your brand on the page, your payment method, no commission on orders

- Phone leads next to website requests, on the same packages
- An order page that looks like your catering brand
Kitchen control
Set the quantities once. Every order gets a prep sheet on its own.
During setup we lock in how much of each dish goes per guest and per order. From then the system scales it by guest count and meals. No spreadsheet per family. No Friday-morning surprises.
Production quantities
From the quantities you set. Scaled for 38 guests.
Order flow
How the event order flow works
We set up the order flow around event type, guest count, packages, and extras.
01
Event type
Corporate, private, Shabbaton, or your own labels — so the right packages and minimums appear. Brit and bar mitzvah catalogs are configured on the simcha flow.
02
Packages and extras
Buffet, plated, or reception packages, then optional extras such as service staff or tableware.
03
Close the way you already close
Starter: the guest submits and you call back. Pro: connect your card gateway. Either way, one inbox.
See it live
Book a demo around your event menu
We will walk through your packages and extras, or you can try the live order builder to see the guest side.
FAQ
FAQ
Is this a marketplace for finding caterers?+
No. 1clickEvents is software you run under your brand. Guests order from you. We never take a commission on the order, and we do not send your customers to other kitchens.
Can we still send a human quote after the form?+
Yes. Many event kitchens use Starter: the guest builds the request online, then you confirm details and price by phone. Pro adds card checkout when you want payment in-flow.
How is this different from ClickEat?+
ClickEat is a broad food-business platform (restaurants, kiosks, POS, tray- and weight-based catering). 1clickEvents is the guest package builder plus a kitchen prep sheet scaled by guest count. See the full comparison on /vs.
Is this for brit and bar mitzvah packages?+
Named lifecycle packages (brit, bar/bat mitzvah, engagement) are on the simcha caterers page. This page is for one-off events: corporate, Shabbaton, private party — custom extras and a quote or card close.
Do large guest counts work?+
Yes. The flow is built around guest count and package rules. During setup we lock dish yields so every order scales production quantities the kitchen trusts.
Is there Hebrew support?+
Hebrew-first and RTL-native, with English available. Setup and support are in Hebrew for kitchens in Israel.
